Order status

Click the "My Account & Order Status" link in Footer to check your order status.

Please call us at # in order to cancel or change an order. Please note that once an order has begun processing or has shipped, the order is no longer editable.

Click the "My Account / Order Status" link in the Footer menu. Be sure that all of the items in your order have shipped already. If your order displays your Package Tracking Numbers, check with the shipper to confirm that your packages were delivered. If your packages each show a status of "delivered", please contact customer service at (850) 438-8811 or info@usa-sport.com for further assistance.

We occasionally try to restock our most popular items but cannot always make that happen.  Contact customer service at (850)438-8811 or info@usa-sport.com and we’ll double check whether we have the requested item.  We can certainly make a note to notify you if and when the item is restocked.

Contact our customer service department at (850)438-8811 to cancel or make changes to your order prior to shipping.  Once you have received shipping confirmation your order can not be cancelled.  You may exchange the order by following our exchange policy.

Orders are shipped Monday through Friday; depending on the time of day your order is received it could ship the same day.  If your order is received after daily shipping is complete it will be processed and shipped the following business day.
